From search to celebration

Follow this complete workflow to shortlist confidently and send a safe, accurate booking request.

1. Search relevant halls

Open Venues and filter by city, area, venue type, capacity, price, indoor/outdoor setting, event type and staffing preferences.

2. Build your wishlist

Tap the heart on any venue card or hall page. Signed-in customers will find saved halls in My Account.

3. Compare nearby options

Choose Compare on a hall. Halls Aura limits additional choices to the same city or within 50 km, then shows price, capacity, amenities and type side by side.

4. Choose an available date

Open your preferred hall, review photos and details, then select a green date and one or more available event slots.

5. Verify and send the request

Enter event details, verify your email with the one-time code, review the live estimate and send the booking request.

6. Payment and confirmation

If an advance is requested, use only the displayed official payment instructions. Upload proof and transaction ID. A booking is confirmed only after venue/admin approval.

Before paying

  • Confirm the date, slots, guest count, menu, services and cancellation terms in writing.
  • Pay only through official details shown by Halls Aura or confirmed venue representatives.
  • Keep receipts, proof images and transaction IDs until the event is completed.
  • A submitted request or uploaded proof is not itself a confirmed booking.
